Contact forms
The Ecology Co-op will ask for your name, your telephone number, your email address and your postcode, we will also collect information from the comments box should you choose to include a message. We use this information in order to obtain a quote for you and to carry out our services should you opt in to our quote. We keep data indefinitely in order to carry out any future services. We do not use personal data for marketing purposes.

Who we share your data with
Data collected from the contact form is shared with employees of The Ecology Co-op and any subcontractors we employ to carry out services. Personal data is stored on our password protected Server which is backed up by one drive. Our estimates are generated by our accountancy software Quickbooks.

How we protect your data
Data is saved in The Ecology Co-op’s email system, and in our accountancy software quickbooks both of which are password protected. Should your quote accelerate into a project upon your acceptance, your data will also be stored on our server in a designated project folder and backed up by one drive which are both password protected. We have followed GDPR principles as outlined in recent training.
